Improving infrastructures for public transportation in one of Jerusalem’s main districts (about 70 km2)
Mapping the entire area in great detail, and giving our recommendations for needed upgrades and development
What we did:
Meticulously covering the entire area on the ground, we were able to collect comprehensive data and identify obstacles and infrastructures in need of upgrade and/or repair, as well as advantageous routes for public transportation.
Placing previous plans and existing bus routes, alongside our own recommendations, on air photos of the designated area, we clearly demonstrated needed improvements and priorities to our clients.
We wrote and submitted an exhaustive ‘Program for Public Transportation Infrastructures’, which is currently being implemented in Jerusalem.
A sound and comprehensive basis for ongoing projects and works for improving bus routes in the relevant district of Jerusalem.
Saving the clients millions of $ and a great deal of time by outlining the best and most effective procedures.
Efficiency & Speed: We completed the complex project in only two months!
Effective organizational culture: Thanks to our helpful visual tools, including air photos, on-location photographs, tables and maps, our clients could easily grasp both the situation on the ground and the needed upgrades.
Cutting-edge tools: We used advanced dedicated software systems that enhanced our work’s efficiency and accuracy.
Enhancing readiness for water emergencies
Israel’s Ministry of National Infrastructures, Energy & Water Resources
Improving readiness for water emergencies in 100 local authorities and water corporations in northern Israel
Inspecting water emergency facilities, training personnel, and helping bring readiness up to par with the standards of the national Water Authority
What we did:
We visited approximately 100 local authorities/water corporations in northern Israel, and inspected their storehouses, equipment, state of maintenance and written procedures for ongoing upkeep and various water emergency scenarios.
We presented each authority/corporation with an in-depth report about their readiness for water emergencies, alongside required improvements. The reports were also submitted to the national Water Authority.
Wherever needed, we conducted professional training sessions for local personnel, and helped the local authority upgrade its guidelines and procedures for water emergencies.
Enhanced readiness for water emergency situations – such as contamination of water resources, bursting of main pipes, failure of water supply systems, damage to water supply in wartime, damage caused by terrorists etc.
Extensive expertise: During decades of service in logistics units of the IDF we acquired vast knowhow and experience in emergency warehouse management, and in preparing organizations for emergency situations.
Fast learning curve: Presented with a great deal of information on water – a complex field that was new to us at the time – we were able to master it thoroughly in a brief period of time. The level of knowledge we acquired enabled us to instruct professionals in the field and answer their questions.
